Slim' is right about the inertia of many patrons.

Imagine if there was some sort of massive Patreon data breach and all Patrons either had to re-enter their CC/Debit or create new accounts altogether? Lloyd would make another “urgent” video of course, but he’s not getting his 401 Patrons back. He’d be extremely fortunate to get 300 of them back. I’d say if he had to start over right now, we’re talking about 100-200 re-pledges and that’s after making yet another begging video.

if someone who makes good videos puts out an update on YouTube about the current situation it could be very effective.

Take a look at the comments on his “Aftermath” video that was still trickling in and he’s still responding to. Also check out the replies to his comment about the lawsuit on his Community tab on YT. The problem is not that we don’t have contrary info out there about him. It’s also not that people aren’t finding it either. Enter his name into a YT search browser and you’ll see what I mean.

Some people actually believe him when he’s going off about lawsuits and criminal defendants. So someone can make a comprehensive video about all the facts and how ridiculous the lawsuit is, but it’s worth pointing out the mentality of the recently exited and the mentalities of exJWs in general. Like Thomas, they need visual proof. Not commentaries of how this is supposedly going to go.

They think they know Lloyd so he’s given the benefit of the doubt and then some, as many of these comments echo his sentiments precisely about how laws were broken and his tired old trope about “justice being served no matter how long it takes”. The uneducated are suckers for these courtroom dramas on TV where justice prevails and the jury delivers its verdict to deafening applause. That’s the trap Lloyd has set for himself.

So don’t just talk about Christ returning, bring him close to these people’s faces and show them these wounds.

By that I mean the FINAL word on this entire Lloyd Evans defamation claims by means of the dismissal document the Sisak court will issue.

The impact of that verdict would be massive given that he keeps beating that drum. It’s a ticking time bomb of truth that’s going to humiliate him. He’s going to immediately retaliate once it is dismissed, you can count on that. That’s when you go for the kill.

Death by 1000 memes. His problem is he has such a punchable face and is an incredible asshole all at the same time. No one really feels sorry for him given his lengthy history and trail of victims he's mercilessly bullied online.

I'm still incredulous that the cops were looking for him at his ex's because he's too much of a pussy to tell the court where he really lives.

Dijana Evans ... Should be in the Guinness book of world records for the worst taste in men. The stench of Lloyd Evans is so profound that she'd have to marry the heir to the fucking throne just to get back to zero. Maybe -5, not sure.

I’ve wondered what “PS” stood for. Thanks to that clue, I’ve found that “Sisak Police” translates to “Policija Sisak”, or “PS”. So that submission seems to be the police report they submitted to the court when they asked to locate Lloyd. Did they just attempt to find what was going on or were they trying to serve the court docs that were returned?

I’d want to know if there is any court sanction impending on him if he doesn’t identify himself and current address with the court and is ready to be served papers within a certain timeframe. This can’t go on forever and the case lingers because Lloyd is intentionally AWOL. These people aren’t stupid and would wonder why the docs were undeliverable. Did Dijana refuse them?

I’d also want to know precisely what she told the police about his whereabouts, specifically if she omitted the important fact he no longer resides there.

Perhaps this charade is kept up because if they found out he is no longer a Sisak resident, the case will be thrown out and he’d have to refile in Zagreb?

If he's in Zagreb ,tomorow night he's suppose to sing at that Open mic thing.

If he shows to the open mic night that would tell you a lot about his intentions all along since he never cancelled it. That has been planned for some time so either he lied to Dijana about returning on the 27th…

Or she knowingly lied to the police about what she knew about his return.

So many variables here. And none of it would matter much if it weren’t for his lawsuit that he swears up and down is real and he’s close to winning.

A good legal question: If it can be proven that the plaintiff/private prosecutor is lying about or concealing his true address, would this be grounds for dismissal? He had to have known that he never updated his address and if the old address is listed on the Novosel documents filed in late October, that would go a long way towards proving it one way or another.

My next question (to no one in particular on this forum) is why is she running cover for him?

Not only was her date wrong but it doesn’t seem that she corrected them and told them the new address or simply that he didn’t live there anymore. Otherwise why give the date of his return? Without an update on his living status (and he’s been clear he lives in Zagreb), it lets them think he still lives there.

I’d have said he doesn’t live there anymore and given them his new address since, you know, it was the fucking POLICE at her door asking for her children’s father.

What happens if one of their girls opens the door or hears the police asking for daddy?

If she didn’t want to give the address out of concerns of privacy, then tell the police he’s living in Zagreb. Won’t be hard for them to find him, being that they are the POLICE.

What an absolute sham of a case. All that bold posturing and bravado, and he doesn’t even think it’s a good idea to inform the court of his current address.

After calling all critics who don’t share their address with him cowards, turns out the biggest coward is himself. If this is such a slam dunk case, why be shy about your address with the court?

And if she’s not telling them he doesn’t live there anymore and instead is giving dates of expected return, then fuck her too. She’s an accomplice to this bullshit case if that is indeed true.

And the police don’t just show up because that they want to. The judge in the case or perhaps a court administrator sent them.

Why? He’s the one making all these claims.

”uhm ma’am is Mr Evans here? Sisak PD here, would you be so kind to tell him the court in the matter he initiated over a year ago can’t find him?”

Why didn’t the court hit up, let’s say, HIS ATTORNEY OF RECORD, Mr Novosel, the guy who filed papers for him a month and a half ago and say they can’t proceed without a valid address for the “private prosecutor”.

Sounds to me that both Novosel and Dijana are feeding the court this tale that Lloyd is out of town and still does reside there.

Vintage Lloyd. Using his wife and children as human shields by keeping their address on file and not correcting it.

Based on this photo Dijana looks to have been untruthful to the authorities. She told police in Croatia that he wouldn’t be back till the 27th

Wow. This brings up many questions.

Why are the Croatian police looking for Lloyd?
What role does Dijana play in this? Did the police look for him at her place and that is what she told them?
How does Kim know this?

A fugitive, no less.

I don’t think that’s the word I’d use unless there is something else that hasn’t been mentioned. But the fact she let the girls see him and he’s out and about in Zagreb lends credence to the belief that it’s not a (serious) criminal issue but who knows. Did the police need to serve him papers? M7 case? Divorce?

Or did Lloyd’s drug habit finally get him charged with possession of an illicit substance?

Another Christmas missed for such a great man and a father. Not that their holiday is screwed as I am sure Mrs Evans has not only a holiday tree but possibly a new man that her and the girls can share their company with.

It is in his interest to keep this going with no resolution. He gets to keep labeling people as criminals by his reckoning. It's a show - nothing else.

It's also because the case will be thrown out and the longer this gets drawn out, the more understanding his patrons and financial supporters will be. However, a dismissal and possible counter-suit that gains traction undermines his narrative that he's being persecuted. It would actually shine a light on the fact that he is the one being abusive and attempting to destroy their lives with his excessive financial demands and criminal punishment.
